Job Description
As a Robotics Trainer/STEM/Innovation Coach, your primary responsibility will be to implement the Skills Build program in schools located in Devanahalli, Anekal (Bangalore), Delhi, and Nagaland. You will be expected to utilize the Skills Build Platform effectively within the school system and deliver high-quality training sessions on 21st Century Skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with schools to develop advanced technology innovation projects and provide mentorship to students to encourage innovative solutions. You will play a key role in observing and evaluating students" performance, behavior, and social development while managing all Skills Build activated schools and related activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training teachers on advanced technology and pedagogy, conducting professional development workshops for both teachers and students, and ensuring the judicious use of technology within the program. To excel in this role, you should strongly believe in the Maker Culture and possess basic knowledge of cybersecurity, Data Science & AI, as well as a good understanding of 8-bit Microcontroller Architecture and Digital/Analog Electronics. Hands-on experience with programming, mechanical and power tools, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, 3D Printing, Sensors, Actuators, and a strong grasp of Design Thinking and Computational Thinking are essential. Effective communication and facilitation skills are also crucial for this position. Ideally, you should have 1-4 years of relevant experience and hold a degree in B. Tech (ECE/E&E/CSE/ICR), BE/BSc/MSc in Science/IT, or MCA. Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, English, Hindi, Marathi, and the local language is preferred. Previous experience as a trainer will be considered an advantage.
