The RF Optimization Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to optimizing GSM networks, ensuring network performance and quality, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency. Qualifications RF Optimization skills, including tuning and troubleshooting Experience in GSM network optimization and performance analysis Knowledge of network planning and implementation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field Certifications in network optimization or related areas is a plus,
