Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Senior to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in customer retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and data analysis to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn. Key Responsibilities: Retention Strategy: Develop and execute customer retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and improve engagement. Lifecycle Marketing: Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to identify churn risks and implement proactive retention measures. Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize customer segmentation techniques to create personalized experiences and targeted messaging. A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to optimize retention campaigns and maximize conversion rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Customer Feedback Loop: Implement feedback mechanisms to understand customer needs and drive continuous improvements in the retention strategy. Performance Tracking: Monitor retention metrics (e.g., churn rate, repeat purchase rate, customer LTV) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role in an e-commerce or SaaS environment. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Email & SMS Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and APP/SMS marketing platforms. Automation Tools: Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools. Personalization & Segmentation: Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavior-based targeting, and personalization techniques. Performance Optimization: Ability to run A/B tests, analyze retention funnel performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling retention messaging. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce, subscription businesses, or SaaS environments. Knowledge of customer psychology and behavioral economics to drive retention. Familiarity with loyalty programs and referral marketing. Google Analytics, & other relevant certification.
