- Driving sales through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and upselling/cross-selling strategies.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintaining optimal stock levels, managing inventory flow, and preventing shortages or overstocking.
- Store Operations:
- Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, and managing cash handling.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and optimizing product placement for maximum customer engagement.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management:
- Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and striving to achieve profitability targets.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintaining clear communication with staff, other departments (like marketing and supply chain), and management to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Market Awareness:
