Key Responsibilities: Store Operations & Management: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards. Ensure stock levels are managed, and inventory is restocked as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies and security measures. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer service and sales strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement improvements. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Team Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and develop store employees to enhance performance. Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage. Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high morale. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement. Marketing & Promotions: Execute in-store promotions and events to increase customer engagement. Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales. Financial & Reporting: Manage store budget, expenses, and financial performance. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance. Prepare and submit reports on sales trends, profits, and losses.
