Job Description
The role of Manager involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Consumer durables Showroom to ensure efficient and profitable store management. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for team management, including training, supervising, and setting performance expectations for sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks. Creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and employee development will be essential. Monitoring and managing inventory levels, implementing inventory control measures, and ensuring products are adequately stocked to meet customer demand will fall under your purview. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and analyze sales data to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will plan and execute visual merchandising displays, maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, oversee cash management, enforce store policies, and collaborate with marketing teams for advertising and promotional campaigns.
