Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Handle billing through the POS system and manage cash/card transactions. Maintain store cleanliness and product display standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the backend team for replenishment. Support store events, promotions, and visual merchandising. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints professionally. Requirements Any degree or HSC (12th pass). 0 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience (freshers welcome). Strong communication skills in Tamil and English. Pleasing personality with a customer-first attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holiday shifts if required.
