Role Description: Retail Sales Specialist This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palakkad for a Retail Sales Specialist. The person will: Assist customers with purchases Provide product knowledge and recommendations Ensure an excellent in-store experience Maintain organized product displays Process transactions efficiently Handle basic inventory and stock checks Support the store's overall sales goals Qualifications & Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service and sales abilities Knowledge of sports gear, especially badminton equipment & apparel Basic understanding of inventory management Ability to work both independently and in a team Previous experience in retail (preferred) A passion for sports, especially badminton (highly desirable) Working knowledge of Tally (for billing/inventory) Basic Adobe Photoshop skills (for product banners or online posts) Familiarity with digital tools like Google Workspace or Excel (a plus) Contact Us: 9961772595 Visit us at: Sportscastle, Vadakkencherry, Kerala,
