As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and drive business growth. 2. Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. 3. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. 4. Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging store environment, drive sales, and promote brand awareness. 5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stockroom organization, and ensure accurate inventory reporting. 6. Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards. 7. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve performance. 8. Communication: Communicate effectively with the store manager, district manager, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Requirements: 1. 6+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in a similar industry. 2. Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams. 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Nice to Have: 1. Experience with retail software, such as POS systems and inventory management tools. 2. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices. 3.
