Retail Sales Executive Furnishio Modern Living Studio

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture options
• Present product features, pricing, and promotions effectively
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards
• Stay updated on furniture trends and new arrivals

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in retail or furniture sales (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven attitude
• Basic understanding of interior aesthetics or design (a plus)
• Comfortable using CRM and POS systems
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
