Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless in-store experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in identifying their needs.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively explain features and benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process transactions accurately via the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure product displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items.
• Stay up-to-date with promotions, discounts, and new product arrivals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
