Mehta Marketing is a franchise of leading luggage brand American Tourister & Samsonite dealing varieties of luggage bags, backpacks, business collection and travel accessories.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets in a retail environment. He/she will act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions to enhance their shopping experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers.
• Promote products and meet sales targets.
• Provide product information and suggest suitable options.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase sales.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Team player with a customer-first attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Retail experience is a plus.
