We are a young, dynamic team startup with infinite possibilities for growth. You will start as a "Beauty Advisor" (BA), selling a wide range of cosmetics and skin care products from leading brands to women. Partner brands include - Renee Cosmetics, Mars Cosmetics, Typsy Beauty, Recode, mCaffeine, Mamaearth, Foxtale, Pilgrim, Lakme etc.

If you show high ownership and deliver above target sales, you'll be promoted to the leader of this team, directly managing other advisors as we grow in size.

Work location is flexible - we are doing weekend pilots in various malls/ shopping complexes of Bangalore and will soon take an exhibition hall on rent for a longer pilot.

You'll directly work with founders who have strong credentials - IIT Bombay + Stanford USA and BITS Pilani + IIM Bangalore and Growth head of Meesho. So you'll get great learning on how to build your own business and good recommendation if you ever want to move to another job.
