Retail Sales Executive Compex

Sales Duties:

• Greet customers and understand their laptop needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate laptop features and explain specifications, pricing, and offers.
• Recommend appropriate models based on customer requirements (e.g., gaming, business, student use).
• Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and software.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Process sales invoices and update the inventory system.

Service & Support Duties:

• Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting (e.g., OS setup, software installation, peripheral connectivity).
• Handle customer complaints and service queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the technical service team for hardware or warranty-related issues.
