Retail Sales Executive Shree Rang Jewellers

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  Greet customers as they enter the store and understand their purchasing needs.

  Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed product information.

  Promote and recommend products to maximize sales.

  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

  Ensure that the sales floor is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

  Process billing, payments, and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately.

  Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.

  Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to store management.

  Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

  Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Strong customer service and sales skills.

  Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred:

  Experience in apparel, electronics, FMCG, furniture, or any retail store.

  Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems.
