Job Description
Job Role:
We are hiring staff for our new grocery store franchise. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Selling grocery items to customers.
- Talking politely and helpfully with walk-in customers.
- Handling basic computer operations.
- Receiving and processing online orders from e-commerce platforms.
- Managing product details and checking stock via the system.
- Working in rotational shifts as per store requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers (e.g., how to check emails, use simple software, browse online orders).
- Willingness to learn and handle different tasks in the store.
- Knowledge of local language preferred.
