We are seeking a Retail Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales for our business. Your role will involve engaging with customers, identifying their needs, presenting our products and services, and offering suitable solutions. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the store's success. Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner - Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and services - Address customer inquiries and concerns - Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Recommend additional products to enhance sales - Maintain well-organized and stocked product displays - Handle merchandise returns efficiently - Collaborate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to deliver superior customer service, especially during peak periods - Promote discounts and special promotions to customers - Share customer feedback with the Store Manager - Stay updated on new products and services Requirements and skills: - Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role - Knowledge of retail sales processes - Understanding of consumer behavior principles - Basic math skills - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Preference for candidates with experience in the Retail, Watch, Luxury, or Jewellery industries This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund and yearly bonus.
