Job Description
Position: Retail Pharmacist We seek an experienced Pharmacist to join our chain pharmacy in Bangalore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the exponential growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor/Diploma of Pharmacy degree, with a strong background in customer handling, persuasive skills, inventory management, pharmaceutical buying and procurement, and new store setup. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Handling: - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering expert advice on medications, health conditions, and wellness products. - Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. - Educate customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions. 2. Follow all laws and regulation of the Pharmacy and maintain the cleanliness in the store 3. Opening and closing of store sincerely 4. Be in-store uniform whenever on duty. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. - A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail chain head or a popular Pharmacy. - Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and address customer concerns effectively. - Excellent persuasive and communication skills. - Proven expertise in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and auditing. - Familiarity with pharmaceutical buying and procurement processes, including supplier negotiation and contract management. - Experience in setting up new stores or pharmacy departments is highly desirable. - Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively. - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of pharmacy management software and inventory control systems. - Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, market trends.
