Job Description
- Conduct classroom training on garment care, stain identification, chemical usage, fabric types, and customer interaction.
- Deliver practical, hands-on training in washing, dry cleaning, finishing/pressing, spotting, and packaging.
- Train staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, machine handling, and safety protocols.
- Support new store openings with on-site training and process orientation.
- Develop training manuals, videos, and job aids for use across locations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback and skill assessments.
- Keep updated on latest laundry technologies and incorporate best practices into training.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure consistent quality and service delivery.
