You will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional service as a Retail Executive at our Zirakpur (Chandigarh) - Punjab location. Your main tasks will involve achieving daily sales targets, improving conversions, and increasing the average transaction value per customer by guiding them through the value chain during the selling process. Additionally, you will be expected to promote multiple product sales through effective cross-selling strategies across sub-categories. In terms of service, you will need to have a deep understanding of customers" needs and expectations, and be able to align products and services accordingly. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all customer needs are met from the initial inquiry to the completion of the sales transaction and delivery. Furthermore, you should be proactive in addressing and resolving any customer grievances that may arise, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,
