Job Description
You will be joining a leading Sweet, Food, Namkeen Manufacturing organization as a Retail Channel Manager. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to create new business opportunities in the retail market. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local shops, supermarkets, and malls to increase sales growth and enhance brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the retail sector, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, developing and implementing effective retail strategies, conducting market research and analysis, monitoring sales performance, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional activities, providing training and support to retail partners, and managing the retail channel budget efficiently. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provided and health insurance. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, with performance and yearly bonuses available. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in retail management and be willing to travel up to 25%. The work location is in person.,
