Job Description
As a Steward at our establishment, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be in charge of various tasks such as setting and cleaning tables, welcoming customers, serving beverages, and assisting the wait staff. Your role will also involve stocking serving stations, clearing tables, and assisting with cleaning and opening/closing duties. Additionally, you will be expected to handle dishwashing, kitchen maintenance, polishing of restaurant equipment, and transportation of linen and inventory. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a high school diploma or a diploma in Hotel Management. It is essential to be of legal age for serving alcoholic beverages and to maintain a friendly, polite, and courteous demeanor at all times. Strong customer service skills, physical stamina, flexibility for various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities are crucial for success in this position. Selected candidates can look forward to attractive perks such as provided meals, an annual bonus, accommodation, tips, service charge, and one day off per week. The salary is disbursed between the 10th to 15th of each month, and the company provides two shirts while candidates are required to provide their black pants. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and opportunities for yearly bonuses. Prior work experience of at least one year is preferred. The work location is in person.
