Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our restaurant team. As a member of the restaurant staff, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent dining experience to our guests through friendly service, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Process payments (cash, card, digital payments) accurately
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude throughout shifts
