Senior Captain / Restaurant Assistant Manager



Key Responsibilities:


1. *Leadership:* Lead and improve service standards, handle Cleaning staff and ensure excellent hygiene and service standards.

2. *Customer Service:* Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

3. *Order Management:* Manage orders accurately, ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

4. *Table Management:* Oversee table assignments, ensuring optimal seating arrangements and timely service.

5. *Communication:* Coordinate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service.

6. *Training and Development:* Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

7. *Sales and Revenue:* Promote specials, upsell menu items, and contribute to increasing revenue and sales targets.

8. *Safety and Hygiene:* Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

9. *Conflict Resolution:* Handle customer complaints and conflicts professionally and efficiently to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.

10. *Reporting and Administration:* Assist with administrative tasks, such as reporting, tracking inventory, and maintaining records.
