Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction levels are high, handling feedback and complaints

Daily operations: Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, interdepartmental operations - service & kitchen maintaining a safe, clean environment

Staff Management: Duty roasters, assignment of duties, briefing the staff according to the shifts, train and manage staff on day to day basis for an excellent performance
