Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient management of staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction

- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency

- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs

- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, quality control, and customer service

- Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally

- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to meet financial targets

- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure menu planning, food preparation, and presentation meet high standards

- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures

- Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and health codes

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
