For more details visit our instragram page /aureshospitality Role Description This will be a full time role for the position of Restaurant Manager for our upcoming Bar & Restaurant located in Andheri West, Mumbai near Yashraj Studios. The bar would have a capacity of 130 covers and would be spread across 4250 sqft. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling reservations, and maintaining quality standards in food and beverage service. Qualifications A diploma or degree in Hospitality from a reputed institute would be a plus Experience of having managed a full scale bar in the past is a must Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Hiring and Staff Management Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Organizational and Leadership skills A pleasant attitude with a willingness to improve and take contructive feedback Package Joining Date Tentative joining date would be September 20, 2024.
