The job involves welcoming guests to the venue and providing accurate wait times while monitoring waiting lists. You will be responsible for managing reservations and escorting customers to their assigned dining or bar areas. Additionally, you will need to provide menus and announce the waiter/waitress's name, greet customers upon their departure, and coordinate with the wait staff regarding available seating options. Maintaining a clean reception area and catering to guests who require extra attention, such as children or the elderly, are also part of the job responsibilities. Answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, and assisting the wait staff as needed are essential tasks in this role. This is a full-time job with benefits including food provided, health insurance, and a provident fund. The schedule involves rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus opportunity.
