Job Description: Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Guest Adviser to be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role will involve welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring they are comfortable, and educating them about our restaurant offerings. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the reservation book. Assist guests in allocating tables, taking into account their preferences and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. Provide guests with information about the menu, specials, and promotions. Educate guests about the restaurant's offerings, including signature dishes and beverages. Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with the restaurant staff to maintain a smooth flow of service. Support the team in creating a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and dining areas. Assist in managing guest reservations and seating arrangements during peak hours. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. A friendly and approachable demeanor. Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu offerings is a plus. Team management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
