Restaurant Counter Sales Cha O Taa

Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and take dine-in, takeaway, and online orders.

2. Generate bills using the POS system or online billing platform.

3. Coordinate with kitchen staff by sending KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) accurately and promptly.

4. Pack and hand over takeaway/delivery orders properly and ensure correctness.

5. Update order status in online delivery platforms (Swiggy/Zomato/Dunzo, etc. if applicable).

6. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the counter area.

7. Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Maintain daily cash and order reports.

? Requirements:

Prior experience in counter sales/restaurant billing preferred.

Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude.

Ability to multitask during peak hours.
