• Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth daily operations
• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Ensure timely service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance of the service area
• Train and guide new team members
• Assist in billing and closing operations when needed
