Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing expert guidance in residential real estate. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property surveys, preparing sales presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves training clients on property-related aspects and maintaining long-term client relationships. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development and Sales Proficiency in Residential Real Estate and Account Management Ability to conduct effective Training sessions Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent client relationship management Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus,
