Location: Dwarka Expressway Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Residential Sales (Gurgaon) Responsibilities: - Selling residential properties in the market - Ensuring achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory - Developing relationships with builders, investors, and end-customers - Facilitating negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions and prices - Providing advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms - Understanding clients" needs and proposing solutions that suit them best - Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property value - Accompanying customers for site visits, displaying property to them, and managing daily routine calls - Developing a network and engaging with various channel partners/brokers to promote sales - Participating in active marketing initiatives and attending industry events and exhibitions - Keeping abreast of developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector - Being flexible to travel frequently - Requirements are spread across different belts in Noida, Ghaziabad Functional Skills: - Understanding of the Real Estate Business - Building and handling a strong network of connections - Knowledge of competition, pricing, and market trends - Exposure to primary sales - Tech Savvy Behavioral Skills: - Ethical and Honest - Strong Communication Skills If you are interested, please share your resume at chandra.shastri@anarock.com.,
