Job Description
As a Medical Officer, you will play a crucial role in contributing your clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties, managing risk, and upholding the highest standards in patient care. Your role will involve verifying complex diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the hiring, supervision, and mentorship of healthcare professionals while collaborating with consultants. In addition, you will be tasked with managing allocated budgets, identifying areas for improvement in inpatient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Staying informed on advancements in the medical field and actively contributing to medical research programs will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. As a Medical Officer, you will report to senior management, serve as a liaison between administrative and medical staff, and oversee consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices. This is a permanent position that may require working day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts as needed. Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is preferred for effective communication with patients and colleagues. The work location for this role is in person.,
