In addition to booking reservations, we assist customers for transportation, lodging and provide travelers of passport and visa requirements, rates of currency exchange, and import duties type of travel related services." Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent located in Kozhikode. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing customer bookings and reservations, assisting clients with travel inquiries, processing ticket sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The agent will handle various travel and tourism-related tasks, providing support and information to clients to ensure a smooth booking experience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in managing Reservations and Travel & Tourism operations Sales capabilities and the ability to meet sales targets Proficiency in using reservation systems and ticketing software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous,
