Role Description This is a full-time position for a Reservations Specialist located on-site in Guwahati. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, managing booking systems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with any reservation-related issues. Qualifications Experience with Reservations and handling booking systems Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Sales experience and ability to support sales activities Ability to provide Training and support to other team members Strong organizational and time management skills Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software * This is a paid internship starting between 40K - 45K per month,
