Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Sales Agent, located in Muvattupuzha. The Reservations Sales Agent will be responsible for managing ticket reservations, tour planing,creating better tour itneraries,performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone and email inquiries, booking travel arrangements, addressing customer needs, and ensuring efficient reservation processes. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Excellent Customer Service skills Experience in handling Reservations and related systems Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties Sales skills to drive business growth Ability to work on-site in Muvattupuzha Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Iata,Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus,
