Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reservation Manager to oversee all aspects of our reservation operations. The Reservation Manager will be responsible for maximizing room bookings, managing reservation staff, implementing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the reservation department, including handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Develop and implement strategies to maximize room bookings and revenue, including pricing and inventory management. Monitor reservation trends, occupancy levels, and market conditions to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote special packages, discounts, and promotions. Resolve guest complaints and concerns related to reservations in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in reservation management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in reservation management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
