The job involves supporting ILIF Hotels" multi-property booking system as a reservation & operations intern. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls to ensure prompt guest communication, responding to booking queries via phone and email, maintaining reservation records, coordinating with on-ground teams for seamless guest experiences, and achieving targets by ensuring timely responses and zero missed calls. ILIF Hotels and Resorts is a hotel chain based in Maharashtra with a network of about 50 franchised and leased hotels, resorts, and vacation properties. The properties range from upscale to economy and are strategically located near sightseeing places.
