Job Description
Reservation Management: Handle incoming table reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Accurately input table reservation details into the booking system. Manage and update table reservation records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests regarding reservation inquiries, special requests, and accommodations. Address and resolve any issues or special requests to ensure a memorable guest experience. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to confirm table availability and special arrangements. Communicate reservation details and guest preferences to relevant staff members. System Management: Utilize reservation management software to track and manage bookings. Monitor reservation patterns and suggest adjustments to optimize seating and service efficiency. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Follow up on any guest feedback and ensure issues are addressed promptly. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and cancellations. Generate and review reports related to reservations, seating, and guest preferences. Event Coordination: Assist with bookings for special events, private parties, and group reservations. Coordinate with event planners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
