Job Title: Research Intern / Social Media Intern Location: Remote/Hybrid (if needed) Stipend: Paid Internship duration : 3-6 months based on performance Reporting To: Content Manager About the Role: We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Research/Social Media Intern who is passionate about content creation, online storytelling, and community building. This role isnt just about posting on Instagramits a gateway into the world of digital strategy, content marketing, and social impact storytelling. Youll get hands-on experience with trend research, scriptwriting, content curation, and community engagementskills that are crucial for a career in social media management. You'll work alongside a team that believes in the power of stories to spark real change. Build databases of potential collaborators, media contacts, and influencers. Analyze competitors campaigns and benchmark best practices. Create engaging scripts with factual and verified data. Assist in gathering qualitative and quantitative insights for content planning. Social Media Responsibilities: Curate and draft engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, and Facebook. Track and analyze post performance; suggest optimizations based on insights. Identifying good music, and staying updated on trending formats, hashtags, and viral content opportunities. Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets/Docs, and Instagram posting is a must. Assist in community engagement by replying to comments and DMs. A genuine enthusiasm for learning and exploring new things is highly valued. (Bonus) Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
