You will be responsible for planning and conducting multi-step organic syntheses to develop innovative molecules. Utilize advanced purification techniques such as column chromatography, recrystallization, and HPLC to isolate compounds effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams comprising medicinal chemists, biologists, and analytical scientists to progress drug discovery projects. Actively participate in team meetings, provide scientific insights, and mentor junior team members as necessary. Maintain precise experimental records in both lab notebooks and digital platforms. Stay updated with the latest scientific literature, emerging synthetic techniques, and industry standards. This is a full-time position that requires a Research Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Prior experience in Chemistry for 3 years is preferred.
