Job Description
As a Research Analyst in the BFSI Sector, your main responsibility will be to independently track the sector's developments. You will work closely with the lead analyst to conduct research and generate new investment ideas that have the potential to create alpha returns. Additionally, you will be required to write various equity research reports such as initiation reports, quarterly/event updates, and sector thematic reports. Developing detailed financial and valuation models will also be a crucial part of your role. It is essential to stay updated on key industry trends and establish strong relationships with the management of companies under coverage. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an MBA/CA/CFA qualification along with more than 2 years of experience in Indian equities. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying research findings and recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg will be beneficial to carry out the responsibilities effectively.,
