Qwikgig is looking for an Experienced HR Executive to manage and enhance our hiring process. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in IT companies based in Mohali. They should be skilled in recruiting talented professionals, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent. Manage employee relations, policies, and compliance as per company standards. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HR experience in IT companies, preferably in Mohali. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements.
