Request For Interest- Outsourced Helpdesk Applications Deadline: 5th November 2024 Location: India Start Date: ASAP Description Better Cotton is the worlds largest cotton sustainability programme. Our mission: to help cotton communities survive and thrive, while protecting and restoring the environment. In difficult times, we are meeting the challenge head on. Through our network of field-level partners we have provided training on more sustainable farming practices to more than 2.9 million cotton farmers in 26 countries. More than a fifth of the worlds cotton is now grown under the Better Cotton Standard and our membership network includes more than 2,400 members. Background Better Cottons membership and supply chain team is looking to expand its onboarding and on-going support process for existing and prospective suppliers across the globe. We are specifically looking for individuals and organizations to solicit proposals for a third party to outsource Helpdesk to deal with the increasing number of member and non-member inquiries about Better Cotton, which currently counts and services over 2600 members and over 12,000 non-member suppliers and annually recruits around 300 new members and 3000 non-member suppliers. Members and non-member suppliers access the Better Cotton Platform (BCP) to register transactions on a daily basis. This document constitutes the terms of reference (TOR) for this service, as well as the instructions and timelines for the proposal it is soliciting.
