Job Description

As a Laptop Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices. Your role will involve providing recommendations for problem resolution and explaining complex technical issues to customers in a simple, non-technical manner. You will also be required to provide repair and replacement estimates to customers and ensure that all repairs meet or exceed Laptop Motherboard Infinity quality standards. In addition to technical duties, you will be expected to greet customers in a friendly manner, maintain a positive work environment, and answer phone calls to the store professionally and courteously. Your focus will be on delivering superior customer service, exceeding customer expectations, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable experience. As part of your responsibilities, you will need to keep track of all devices and inventory, safeguard store stock, and utilize the point of sale system to maintain accurate customer information and real-time repair status. Maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store is essential to create a welcoming environment for customers. Your technical skills will include chip level troubleshooting and circuit tracing in laptop and desktop motherboards, troubleshooting and final testing of electronics and measuring instruments, preparing troubleshoot guides for laptop and desktop motherboards using schematics, repairing motherboards at L2 and L3 levels, chip level repairing for notebook motherboards for AMC, BGA chip repairing/replacing, identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues, as well as signal tracing and schematic reading.,
