As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L1 support for Symantec end point protection, including troubleshooting operating system issues. Your role will involve hands-on experience in remote support, specifically addressing Outlook Express, MS Outlook, Open Office, and MS Office issues. You will also be handling tasks related to TCP/IP configuration, VPN configuration, domain configuration, LAN troubleshooting (MPLS and Checkpoint), and network printer installation and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 1 year of experience in remote support and have completed your graduation. Good communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with users and resolving technical issues promptly.
