Were hiring a B2B Insurance Relationship Manager to drive growth in Motor & Health Insurance at Gromo. Responsibilities Onboard and activate agents for motor and health insurance. Build strong relationships to drive consistent business. Train agents on products and sales techniques. Achieve sales targets through the partner network. Coordinate for smooth policy issuance and post-sale support. Track agent performance and provide regular guidance.
