Job Description

As a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to potential clients in an open market environment to introduce the company's services and generate interest. You will be expected to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new clients for trading and demat accounts, with a focus on achieving revenue targets through brokerage fees and cross-selling of third-party financial products. Your role will involve identifying and understanding customer needs and risk tolerance, in order to recommend appropriate investment options from the company's product range to meet client requirements. You will be required to meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for client acquisition and revenue generation. This is a full-time position that may include a performance bonus based on your achievements. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in stock broking.
