Job Description
Looking for candidates with 1+ year experience in selling small-ticket loans (EdTech or Consumer Durables preferred).
What were looking for:
Strong communication & convincing skills
Fluent in Telugu (other South Indian languages a plus)
Proven sales track record
Ability to manage client relationships & handle collections
Skilled in tracking DPD cases & following up on EMI delays
Ability to complete KYC for small-ticket loans
Location: Hyderabad (WFO with flexible hours)
CTC: 4.5 LPA + Incentives
